I had a mixed experience at Hotel St Paul. While the location in Old Montreal is fantastic and the staff were super friendly, the rooms were a bit too minimalist for my taste. I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, but I felt the decor in common areas could use an update. Overall, it’s a great spot for a short getaway but not perfect for longer stays.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel St Paul, with its fantastic location right in Old Montreal. I was able to explore many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, the dark hallways and elevators felt a bit eerie, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing my experience.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel St Paul. The location was fantastic, nestled in the heart of Old Montreal, making it perfect for exploring the charming streets 📍. However, my stay was marred by several issues, particularly with the check-in process and room comfort. While the hotel boasts a chic design, some amenities did not meet my expectations for the price.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was nicely designed and clean, reflecting a chic style. However, the pillows were too thick for my liking, and the lack of blackout curtains was a downside. I also had difficulty with the air conditioning, which wasn't functioning properly, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. They offered good recommendations for places to eat and were attentive to my needs. However, my check-in experience was frustrating due to the slow processing, which really set a negative tone for my stay initially.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. I loved being just a short walk away from shops and restaurants as well as the scenic waterfront. It made exploring Old Montreal so easy and enjoyable. 🌆
Dining

Dining options in the hotel were satisfactory, but I felt there could have been more variety. The quality was good, but I was hoping for a more extensive breakfast menu given the hotel's reputation.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a nice lobby bar and decent room service, but I found some essential features lacking, such as a coffee machine in the room. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, making it difficult to work during my stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel St. Paul in Montreal, with its unbeatable location near the Old Quarter, allowing me to explore many amazing restaurants on foot. However, I did notice some dark hallways and elevators that gave off an eerie vibe, which detracted a bit from the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my visit.

Rooms
